Services

Four packages. Prices are a guide and can vary from team to team: every engagement is shaped to the business.

AI Working Sessions

One to one working sessions, working directly with you for a day. For example: a specific AI problem, a certain tool, a workflow, agents or code, training or strategy. Outcome: supporting you to achieve your intended goal.

A single working day for one person, working directly together, supporting you to achieve what you set out to do. Before the day there is a call to establish what you want to work on. Then we prepare around your goals: getting a good understanding, and working out the best way to achieve them with you, so the day starts ready.

You do not need to arrive with a specific idea. Here is what the day can be spent on:

  • A specific AI problem you want solved.
  • A certain tool you want to get working for you.
  • A workflow, agents or code.
  • Training or strategy, one to one.
  • Or a mix of them.
  1. The Call Before

Because the day can be anything, the call establishes what you want to work on, the tools to use, and any relevant information that will shape the delivery on the day.

  2. Preparation

Preparation before the day: research where it is needed, then time spent working out the best way to achieve your goals.

  3. The Session

The session itself: working directly together on what you set out to achieve.

  4. After the Day

Any notes, instructions or relevant documentation may be handed over after the session.

Email access for questions for 30 days after the session.

AI Strategy & Training

The strategy works out which AI tools to use and how to get the most from them. The training is built around your workflows, data and where you spend time. Outcome: everyone leaves with new AI skills that benefit their role, and practical skills they can use in their day to day work.

Getting a good understanding of your business is the core of the service: your team, the systems you already use, and where you spend time. From that we start on your strategy with you, working out what you want to achieve with AI, which tools can assist you best, and where and how to use them most effectively for your team. If you don't yet know what you want to achieve, working that out is part of the strategy. Then we run the hands on training day, built on custom made exercises that replicate your team's day to day work.

A large part of the engagement is based on where your team spends the most time. Then we look at the current capabilities of AI, and where it can save time on those tasks. Alongside that, we look at:

  • Your data: what you hold, where it lives, and what is safe to put into AI tools, so everything stays secure and inside your own policies.
  • Your team's skills and confidence with AI.
  • What AI you're already using.
  • How your current tech stack can work with AI.
  • Budget and tool costs: what the tools cost to run, so the plan fits what you want to spend.
  1. Understanding the Business

A survey to the team: understanding the individual levels in the team and where people are currently at. General context building.

A call where we get additional specific information, and a better understanding of what the strategy needs.

Learning what systems and processes you use day to day.

Understanding your AI policy, if you have one.

Research into what similar businesses are doing with AI.

  2. The Strategy Session

A working session with you and one or two key people.

We walk through where the team's week goes and where AI can save time.

We come up with the best use cases together.

We pick the core tool (one, two at most).

We put together a longer term AI plan for the team.

We agree a realistic AI policy for the business.

  3. The Written Strategy

Everything from the strategy session, written up and explained: how it works for your business day to day.

The longer term AI plan for the team.

The plan for your training day.

We then take the best use cases from the strategy session and build your custom training exercises around them, ready before the day.

  4. The Training Day

The Team Day (5-10 people): a workshop run on your real work. We go through the use cases we decided on, with some basics on the tools and background where needed. Then it turns hands on: everyone puts the use cases to work and builds at least one working workflow.

The Desk-Side Day (2-5 people): person to person at their desks, on their machines, on their actual work, roughly an hour each.

The goal: everyone leaves with a better understanding of the tools in general, and at least one useful workflow working for them.

The training pack is handed over on the day: all the custom training materials, plus the AI Use Case Playbook, Tool and Cost Guide, AI Usage Policy and Brand Voice Skill.

  5. The 30 Days

    A check-in call at around 30 days.

Call and email access for questions throughout the 30 days.

AI Implementation

from £3,000

The hands on package. Depending on where you are with AI, one or a combination of: setting it up correctly in your business, connecting it to your tools and data, and building agents and workflows that solve problems and save time. Outcome: AI running in your business, saving time on work.

Getting a good understanding of your business is the core of the service: your team, the systems you already use, and where you spend time. From there we work out where implementing AI will become most beneficial to your business. There are three elements to this service, and it could be one of these or multiple, depending on your needs. If you're not sure what you need, working that out is part of the service. The scope is agreed before building anything.

  • Setup: your accounts set up and configured for your work. The right tools chosen for you, and control over what your AI has access to, so your information stays protected.
  • Connect: your tools talking to each other. AI connected to your email, documents, calendar, CRM and the systems you already run, so it has more context on you and your business.
  • Build: agents, workflows and automations built around how you work, solving problems and saving time. And where it is needed, a simple piece of software to solve one specific thing.

Some tools and builds carry running costs: hosting, API spending and software. We make you aware of these early, and match them to your budget.

  1. Understand the Business

A close look at your systems, your tools, and what AI you already use or want to use.

Together we find the problems that AI and software can solve, then work out the best way to achieve the result and find a creative solution. It could be one problem or a range of them.

Then the scope is agreed with you: what is being built, what it will do, and the price.

  2. The Build

The agreed solutions are built and deployed in cloud or local environments.

If a project interacts with sensitive data, it is treated with caution to maintain data compliance. It can be built inside your own accounts, following your company's data guidelines to keep the project secure.

Passwords and keys are managed in a password manager, with clear instructions for rotating passwords and secrets when the project is handed over.

The build's progress can be seen on platforms like GitHub, or through updates as the project develops.

Everything is built in the production environment where the projects will live, and is running there before handover.

  3. Handover

Your team is walked through everything: what each piece does, how it connects to your data and tools, and what to check.

Supporting documentation is handed over with the correct access and credentials, so everything is explained and instructions are there for the systems built.

Because it is all custom made for you, everything is transferred, so you have full ownership of everything built.

More agents and workflows can be added later without starting from scratch.

  4. The 30 Days

30 days of continued support and refinement, making sure the projects work as intended.

Everything is now running on real work, so we adjust anything that needs adjusting as it settles in.

It ends with a review: what actually changed, and what is worth building next.

AI Custom Build

from £4,000

Bespoke software and AI systems for the complex and large problems that off the shelf tools and simple workflows cannot fix. Built around your exact needs: a build could include an interface, its own data, and connections to your systems. Outcome: a solution that does significant work.

Getting a good understanding of your business is the core of the service: your team, the systems you already use, and where you spend time. From there we work out the best way to solve the problem: a complete software system or AI system, built specifically for your business, developed with advanced AI tools. If you're not sure what you need, working that out is part of the service. The scope is agreed before building anything.

  • New systems: something your business needs that doesn't exist yet, built from scratch around how you work.
  • Replacements: new approaches to old or ineffective software and manual processes, rebuilt as one system that does the work.
  • A system can include an interface for your team or your customers, its own data, connections to the systems you already run, and AI working inside it.
  • A system could be an internal tool, a customer facing product, a data system, or a desktop app: whatever the problem calls for.
  • For example: pulling information from many sources and turning it into one live output that would otherwise take days of manual work every week.

AI account setup and implementation can be included as part of the build where the project needs it.
