What Bigrise does
Bigrise offers AI consulting services for small and medium businesses, or teams within a larger organisation. Working across the UK, but primarily based in London. We aim to work in person where possible, but do offer online services as well. The work starts with getting a strong understanding of the business before anything else: the team, the systems you already use, where your time goes, and what you want to achieve. From that comes the right AI tools, set up, connected and built around how you operate.
Working with a small number of people means everything is highly customised to you and how you work. An important part of working with AI is keeping your company data safe, so everything is deployed to work with your company's own policies. When engagements are complete, everything is handed over: the training material, the system builds and the supporting documentation. The core goal in all engagements is to deliver measurable benefits to your business or team, whether that takes an advanced system or something simple. Prices are a guide and can vary from team to team: every engagement is shaped to the business.

AI Working Sessions
One to one working sessions, working directly with you for a day. For example: a specific AI problem, a certain tool, a workflow, agents or code, training or strategy. Outcome: supporting you to achieve your intended goal.
AI Strategy & Training
The strategy works out which AI tools to use and how to get the most from them. The training is built around your workflows, data and where you spend time. Outcome: everyone leaves with new AI skills that benefit their role, and practical skills they can use in their day to day work.
AI Implementation
from £3,000The hands on package. Depending on where you are with AI, one or a combination of: setting it up correctly in your business, connecting it to your tools and data, and building agents and workflows that solve problems and save time. Outcome: AI running in your business, saving time on work.
AI Custom Build
from £4,000Bespoke software and AI systems for the complex and large problems that off the shelf tools and simple workflows cannot fix. Built around your exact needs: a build could include an interface, its own data, and connections to your systems. Outcome: a solution that does significant work.

How it works

The proposal
Research first, then early solutions shaped into a proposal customised to you. There can be a call to walk through exactly what is being offered.
Agree the shape
When the proposal works for you, a short agreement gets things moving. Payment terms depend on the service and are set out in the proposal.
The work
Delivering on the proposal, collaborating with you on the work where needed. Timescales vary with the service.
Handover and 30 days
Everything is handed over, with 30 days of additional support to ensure everything is working well and to give time for questions.
